Real Conservatives

Well, there is a lot of talk about "Conservatives" nowadays, isn't there? Some so-called conservatives are "Moderate" and others are "Compassionate." Few, it seems, are genuinely conservative. The very definition of "conservative" is, and should be ... conserving what was intended in the beginning. Granted, this is not exactly a dictionary rendering of the term, but that is what being conservative should be; conserving, not changing what was created.

With that thought in mind, I have created this blog to try and bring together like-minded, patriotic Americans who do not wish to see our country go away. Once we are together, the plan is to find a way to stop the disasterous chain of events that is ruining our once-great nation. We do not need to try and make America better -- it was already the best and most prosperous country in the world. What we need to do is return America to its basic, constitutional, rule of law. Period. If we do not remember the height from which we have fallen, remember the things we used to do (and forget somethings we should not be doing), and do what we did in the beginning, American as we once knew it is going to go away.

I am just setting up this blog, so please bear with me. Also, please share your thoughts, and recommend this blog to your friends (particularly liberals, who need to understand just how bad things are and how much worse they can get!).
